Myrtle Eddins Gillespie

On December 29, 2009, GAMAC lost a very dear friend. Mrs. Myrtle Eddins Gillespie, a founding member of our organization and 18 year Board member, died following a long battle with cancer. A champion of our music education initiatives for children, a staunch advocate for fiscal responsibility and an innovative leader, her loss is one that we feel deeply.
