GAMAC Boychoir

With more than thirty years of music ministry experience in both Methodist and Presbyterian churches, David Wilcox is currently Director of Music at St. Mark United Methodist Church in Seneca. Besides conducting the Boychoir, he serves on the music faculty as an adjunct instructor at Anderson University and Erskine College.

Mr. Wilcox is a graduate of Brevard College and Queens College with a degree in organ performance. Queens College awarded him a full music scholarship. He also has a Master of Church Music (with an emphasis in choral conducting) degree from Bob Jones University.

An active clinician in church music, Mr. Wilcox is a past President of the Atlanta Chapter of Choristers Guild and was a music affiliate instructor of Handbells Church Music at Mercer University in Atlanta. While in Atlanta he was also the associate conductor and accompanist for the Cobb Festival Chorus.

David has three children, Jonathan, Ian, and Darby.
